Valdoxan (Agomelatine) 25mg — 28 film-coated tablets by Servier. Agomelatine works via a unique dual mechanism — MT1/MT2 melatonin receptor agonism and 5-HT2C antagonism — restoring circadian rhythm and improving sleep architecture from the first week.
