IMCIVREE (Setmelanotide 10mg/ml) by Rhythm Pharmaceuticals is an FDA-approved MC4R agonist for the treatment of chronic obesity caused by POMC, PCSK1, or LEPR deficiency — rare genetic disorders affecting the melanocortin pathway.
