Trulicity (Dulaglutide 1.5mg) by Eli Lilly is a once-weekly GLP-1 receptor agonist for the management of type 2 diabetes and weight control. Each pack contains 4 pre-filled pens of 0.5ml solution for subcutaneous injection — single use only. Dulaglutide stimulates insulin secretion, reduces glucagon, slows gastric emptying, and suppresses appetite. Inject once weekly on the same day each week, at any time of day, with or without food. Clinical studies show average HbA1c reduction of 1.4% and weight loss of 3–5% body weight. Store refrigerated (2–8°C). For subcutaneous use only.
