Description
PT-141 (Bremelanotide) 10mg by Peptide Sciences — kit of 2 vials. A melanocortin receptor agonist peptide that acts directly on the central nervous system to increase sexual desire and arousal — unlike PDE5 inhibitors which only affect blood flow. FDA-approved as Vyleesi for female sexual interest/arousal disorder (FSIAD). Also widely used off-label in men. Lyophilised powder. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Dose: 0.75–2mg subcutaneously 30–60 minutes before activity. Effects last 6–12 hours. Does not require arousal to initiate effect. Well-tolerated with minimal cardiovascular impact.
