Pregnyl® 5000 IU by MSD (Organon). Each box contains 1 ampoule of lyophilized hCG powder (5000 IU) + 1 ampoule of solvent for injection. Market price: ~€25/amp. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin mimics LH and stimulates testicular testosterone production. Used during and after AAS cycles to prevent testicular atrophy and restore HPTA function. Dose: 500–1000 IU every 3–4 days, IM or subcutaneously. Store at 2–15°C.
